Remuneration Package:

  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Summary and Main Purpose:

We are looking for Business Development Assistants to join our Digital & IT Team leading on identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, email campaigns, and social media.

As part of your role you will be working closely with the sales team to set up client meetings and bring on new clients for the team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, such as LinkedIn, Google & networking
  • Contact and qualify leads through emails, and other communication methods. I.e. LinkedIn, phone calls.
  • Develop and maintain our CRM of leads and prospects for future reference.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Provide strong customer service to potential clients and prospects.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks

Key Requirements: 

  • Educated to GCSE level grade C or above (or similar) including Maths & English 
  • Experience of using LinkedIn or similar platforms to generate sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills 
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions 
  • Good general IT awareness - Microsoft Office
