Role: People Partner
Location: Nottingham 3 days per week, with wider national travel as required

Role:
To provide a business partnering service to multiple internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, Quality, Sales and Assessu.
This role delivers a partnering service to internal stakeholders across several departments, with the focus on generalist HR support, encompassing recruitment and long-term resourcing plans, training and development needs, performance and employment relations cases, and wider people projects that support business performance.
The role also includes working with the wider people team to deliver key projects as part of our people strategy, ranging from recruitment and retention, employee engagement, training and development, and wider initiatives to support performance and business growth.
The successful applicant will work initially on an engagement project, developing and launching a business-wide employee survey. This project will encompass the development of the survey, the associated communication and launch plan, and subsequent data analysis.
Competencies:
Data driven with the ability to use excel to analyse and present data, understand problems and design solutions
Proven experience in a generalist HR role which included employment relations case management up to and including final written warnings
MS Office Suite experience
HR system experience (ADP is used in the business)
CIPD L5 qualification desirable
Degree qualification desirable
Development: The role will include a development plan around commercial business partnering and employment law training will be available in the first year.
